Raise your EQ – emotional intelligence quotient – with an applied mindfulness seminar in the heart of Dallas’ West Village. The full day, immersive, mindfulness meditation seminar is science-based training to improve workplace performance, support personal and professional relationships, and promote overall wellbeing. Learn techniques to improve mental and physical health and leave with improved awareness of self and others, and a personal mindfulness routine to enhance relationships and communication.
