Dorsey worked with Tetra Pak Women’s ERG and the Females in Food organization to create a custom 60-minute keynote for their InnovateHER event, aimed at uplifting women in the male-dominated food and beverage industry.

In 2024 Dorsey supported several teams with in-person trainings to improve their performance and well-being with resilience and emotional intelligence sessions. One of these clients was a data center project in San Antonio, TX, where we facilitated high-impact trainings with 30 team members.
The team responded extremely well to on-site wellness & teambuilding sessions as an opportunity to truly take a break, reset, connect with one another, and return to work focused and energized. They benefitted from tangible takeaways like new EQ tools and community agreements for on-site relationships.
