Dorsey worked with Tetra Pak Women’s ERG and the Females in Food organization to create a custom 60-minute keynote for their InnovateHER event, aimed at uplifting women in the male-dominated food and beverage industry.

The feedback following the session was overwhelmingly positive, with one attendee sharing on on LinkedIn that the session inspired a New Year’s commitment to daily mindful moments.

Case Study

Dorsey supported dozens of teams with in-person trainings to improve their performance and well-being with resilience and emotional intelligence sessions. One of these clients was a data center project in San Antonio, TX, where we facilitated high-impact trainings with 30 team members.

The team responded extremely well to on-site wellness & teambuilding sessions as an opportunity to truly take a break, reset, connect with one another, and return to work focused and energized.
